blehhs, im contradicting myself cause I HAVE NOT STARTED REVISING
uhhs... since el is the first paper and mr CHOW didnt come today, can you all help me mark my composition?
Well, here it goes. ( read it while your calm and probably listening to songs on my blog like way back into love, you do you dont, wo bu pei... more or less all of them EXCEPT TOUNGUE TIED AND KELSEY. I know there are nice but, nvm) Just enjoy!^^
STARS
Many of you must have heard this phrase, "only as the sky darkens, then could you see the stars". I like this phrase a lot as it is a simple sentence, however compiles a deep meaning within. The sky darkening is refering to the times when failure grabs hold of you or when you are feeling down. However like how the stars brighten up the sky, they make your life more colourful. Each star you see in the night sky is another glimpse of hope in your life. They are the ones that say "NEVER GIVE UP" every night, they are the ones who you look to whenever you are dejected, whenever you are feeling down. They never fail to help you. Every night you will see them shining brightly in the sky, twinkling, twinkling like a mother's lovely smile.
Well, to me, the stars are not just something we should make use of every night, everytime. We should also repay them, showing them that we too, care about them. Without fail, I would be patting my baby brother to sleep every night singing the famous lalluby, "Twinkle twinkle little star".
Oh mr star, twinkling little star, how i wonder what you are. I never got to see you face to face, nor had i been able to thank you personally. What a mysterious person you are. Have you been looking after me ever since I was born or are you just another of my imaginary friend?
Up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky. That is just all I know about you, wont you just give me your namecard or something to at least tell me your name? You are just so far away from the world...which makes you the best of all my best friends. You never spilled a single secret I told you, you kept quiet whenever i vent my anger on you, you never complained when I poured my worries to you but most important of all, you loved me all the time.
Twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are... ... ^^
Hahas, it doesnt sound like me but it is suppose to be lidday. Im a little girl writing a letter to the stars which i talk to every night. I treat them as my friend and blah blah blah.
Er, Im not trying to boast or anything. Nor had i wanted to put this composition up for critisizm. I just want some comments so i can improve :)
Another thing i found out is that, whenever you speak, better think carefully first. For example:
To Y: "Are you X friend?"
OR
"Is X your friend?"
Kayy, wait ._. maybe it's not good enough. Like,
"Are you junming's brother?" AND "Is junming your brother?"
Both are refering to TWO DIFFERENT things. The first question is asking more bout about you but the second is asking more bout junming.
Understand? If you dont you're a genious cause i dont too and im a genious who doesnt know how to spell 'genius'. =D
